Role Description The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners across assigned territories in Srinagar and nearby areas. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, involving regular field visits to identify current business opportunities,



promote products, and ensure effective distribution coverage. Daily activities include meeting existing and potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating orders and pricing within company guidelines, and monitoring stock levels and display quality at points of sale. The role also includes collecting market intelligence, tracking competitor activities, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. The Field Sales Executive will work closely with the sales leadership to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
