Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and generate leads through multiple channels. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations and product demos to prospective partners, maintain strong communication with key stakeholders, and support the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to strategies that drive growth and partnerships.
Qualifications
• Solid communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in presentation skills and delivering effective presentations to clients and partners.
• Experience with lead generation, including identifying prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze market data to inform business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated interest in the technology or edtech sector and understanding of developer-focused products is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skil
