Roles & Responsibilities• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, reel scripts, and creative content across different industries.
• Research social media trends and develop fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content production.
• Schedule posts, reels, and stories consistently.
• Attend on-site client shoots for photo and video content creation, coordinate shoot activities, and capture behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute content shoots.
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.





Requirements• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory, with strong communication and content-writing skills in both Tamil and English.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to write creative captions, scripts, and social media content in Tamil and English.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is preferred.
• Comfortable travelling to client locations for in office shoots when required.
• Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: A creative, enthusiastic individual fluent in Tamil and English, passionate about social media, storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing.
