Role Description The Client Advisory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves advising clients on suitable luxury property options, managing end-to-end transactions, and ensuring a smooth buying or selling experience. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, understanding client needs and budgets, coordinating property visits, and providing market insights specific to ultra-premium real estate.



The Client Advisory Manager will maintain detailed records of client interactions, work closely with internal teams and property owners, and follow up consistently to build strong, long-term client relationships. The role also includes negotiation support, documentation coordination, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
