Role Description The B2B Diagnostics Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for driving sales of diagnostic services and solutions to hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets.

Qualifications




• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in diagnostics, or healthcare services
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to understand diagnostic products and services, and explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort working on-site in Chennai, with willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience working with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, or healthcare networks is highly beneficial.
