Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead our Operations team and oversee the execution of multiple influencer marketing campaigns across brands.
This is a team leadership role that involves managing Team Leads (TLs) who are responsible for campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, maintaining high standards of client delivery, and driving operational efficiency across accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in influencer marketing campaign execution, team management, client servicing, and stakeholder coordination. They should be comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously, handling escalations, improving execution processes, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Team Leads responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Establish transparent goals, ownership,



and performance expectations for Team Leads and their respective teams.
• Monitor team productivity, campaign progress, workload distribution, and overall execution quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and ownership within the Operations team.

2. Campaign Execution & Delivery
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple influencer marketing campaigns, from the handover of locked creators by the Procurement team to final campaign closure.
• Ensure that campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines are clearly communicated to the execution teams.
• Monitor campaign milestones, including creator onboarding, briefing, content coordination, approvals, posting schedules, live links, and performance report
