Job Description: SAP Senior Consultant – SCV2
Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP Senior Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Service Cloud Version 2 (SCV2) and/or SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM). The candidate will be responsible for case management configuration, application support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and integration coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure case management, service requests, workflows, business rules, queues, notifications, and assignment logic.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Coordinate with developers on enhancements, functional specifications, and change requests.
• Support integrations, APIs, data mapping,



and synchronization issues.
• Perform functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Support releases, production validation, and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on SAP SCV2 and/or SAP ESM experience.
• Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, business rules, and service request lifecycles.
• Application support, incident management, and troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, functional testing, and release management.
• Robust analytical and communication skills.
