Role Description The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote SKILS training programs and services within the Pune Division. This full-time,



on-site role includes explaining course offerings, clarifying training benefits, and providing accurate information to prospective learners and corporate clients. The Tele Caller will maintain call records, follow up with leads, schedule appointments or demos, and support the admissions or sales team in achieving enrollment and conversion targets. Daily tasks also involve updating CRM or lead-tracking systems, coordinating with internal teams on prospect requirements, and maintaining a qualified, learner-focused communication style.
Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Customer service and sales awareness, including basic telemarketing, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools
