Labs 24 Global Enterprises Private Limited is looking for an HR & Finance Executive to manage the company's day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, accounting, invoicing, and finance activities.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable taking ownership of both people operations and financial administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, hiring, accounting, invoices, employee documentation, and basic finance, along with the ability to draft and implement company policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Handle recruitment and coordinate the complete hiring process.
• Prepare job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring.
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Coordinate payroll-related information and employee data.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.

HR Policies & Processes
• Draft,



update, and maintain company HR policies and internal guidelines.
• Assist in creating policies for leave, attendance, work hours, employee conduct, reimbursements, onboarding, and other HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR templates, letters, forms, and documentation.
• Help improve internal HR processes as the company grows.

Accounts & Finance
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Track accounts receivable, payments, outstanding invoices, and expenses.
• Maintain vendor bills and payment records.
• Follow up with clients on pending payments when required.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
• Maintain organised records of company expenses and financial transactions.
