Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in the Accounts Payable (AP) domain, Salesforce, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end invoice processing workflows, touchless invoice processing rules, and the application of Agentic AI in Accounts Payable.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, product owners, and technology teams to analyze business requirements, define process improvements, and drive automation initiatives across the AP lifecycle. Experience in Salesforce-based solutions, intelligent automation,



and AI-driven finance operations will be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Salesforce
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and business process specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Leverage Salesforce capabilities to support business process management, workflow automation, case management, and integration with enterprise finance systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, solution architects, QA teams, and product owners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manage requirements traceability, backlog prioritization, UAT planning, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
