Account Manager-Consumer Goods & Packaging

We are looking for an Account Manager, Consumer Goods & Packaging who can drive profitable sales growth, expand market presence, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, and identify new business opportunities across key industrial segments in India.

In your future role as Account Manager, you will:
• Drive sales, marketing, and business development activities for the Consumer Goods & Packaging business across India.
• Execute sales strategies and contribute to the development of tactical market plans to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
• Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities in key segments such as Shoe Soles, Artificial Leather, Textile Printing Inks, Composites, Pulp & Paper, Textile, and Viscose.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



distributors, and other relevant business partners to strengthen market presence.
• Conduct customer trials and support product qualification and commercialization activities.
• Protect and grow existing business through effective account management and customer engagement.
• Apply value-selling principles and margin management practices to maximize profitability.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing information, and chance pipelines within business systems and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical Service, Marketing, and regional/global commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
