Role Description The Account Specialist – D2C/FMCG role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The specialist will manage key D2C and FMCG accounts, oversee order processing, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction across digital and retail channels. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing channel data, coordinating with finance and operations teams, and resolving customer or partner issues in a professional manner.



The role involves maintaining strong relationships with distributors, marketplaces, and direct customers, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring accurate account documentation and reporting. The specialist will also contribute to process improvements that enhance account efficiency and revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor account performance, and support decision-making.
• Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and managing external stakeholder relationships.
• Foundational Finance understanding to handle invoicing, credit notes, reconciliations, and basic account profitability analysis.
