Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful property bookings.
The candidate will be responsible for managing prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, recommending suitable projects, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Handle and convert prospective customer leads into property sales.
• Understand customers' budgets,



location preferences, investment objectives, and property requirements.
• Recommend suitable residential and investment properties based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate deal closures and booking formalities.
• Maintain accurate lead information, customer interactions, follow-up dates, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal marketing teams to generate and convert business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new property launches.
• Support junior sales
