Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to lead regional finance operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management across multiple countries. The role will involve partnering with regional business leaders, guiding local finance teams, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and driving process improvements in alignment with the organisation’s global finance strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Indian taxation and compliance, financial management, internal controls, and business partnering, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Finance Management
• Oversee end-to-end financial operations across the region, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting,



and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury, cash flow, payroll, credit control, supplier management, and finance-related administration.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Lead the development of the regional finance structure, reporting framework, and operating strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of finance processes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable taxation laws, including indirect taxation, payroll taxation, and other statutory requirements.
