Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to run the engine room of our sales process. Reporting to our Managing Director and working hand in hand with our CGO and Strategic Business Director, you will own the pipeline, drive every opportunity to its next step, and keep our sales process disciplined from first enquiry to signed agreement. You will also carry a monthly target for qualified meetings booked. This is a step up from a coordination role. It suits someone who has already worked in B2B sales or sales operations, thrives on customer conversations, and wants to grow into a commercial leadership career in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Lead Response & Qualification
• Own every inbound enquiry (website forms, template downloads, self-booked meetings) and respond within agreed response times
• Qualify leads before a demo: problem, business impact, urgency, stakeholders, decision process and timeline
• Book qualified meetings for the Strategic Business Director and brief her before each call




• Run structured re-engagement on dormant leads and closed-won champions who have moved company

Meeting Generation & Targeted Outbound
• Deliver a monthly target of qualified meetings booked for the Strategic Business Director, Managing Director and CGO
• Build target account lists in our core sectors (manufacturing, pharma, packaging, automotive) with Marketing
• Run account-based outreach to named accounts via email, phone and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)
• Re-engage closed-lost, dormant and template-download leads with a defined sequence

Discovery & Sales Meeting Support
• Prepare account research and a call brief before every customer meeting
• Join discovery calls and demos; capture requirements, objections and agreed next steps
• Deliver first-level product walkthroughs once trained on Data Point and T-Card
• Send meeting follow-ups within 24 hours, with clear next steps, owner and date
