Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) – International IT Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in International IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of acquiring international clients, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value business deals for IT and Digital Marketing services and managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, cold emailing, cold calling, and other outbound sales channels.
Identify and connect with potential international clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets.
Generate business opportunities for IT software development services, website development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions.
Identify and approach prospects for SEO, SMO, and other digital marketing services.




Research target companies, decision-makers, and potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
Create personalized outreach messages, email campaigns, and sales pitches to engage prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and understand client requirements to identify suitable service offerings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain solid client relationships.
Maintain lead information, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and support client requirements.
Work towards monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
