About The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Claims Specialist to manage and coordinate insurance claims across Non-Employee Advantages (Non-EB) policies. The role involves coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing, timely updates, and a positive claims experience.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of insurance claims, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities





• Handle and coordinate Non-EB/Commercial insurance claims from intimation to closure.
• Review claim documents, verify details, and coordinate with insurers for claim processing and settlement.
• Assist clients with claim requirements, documentation, status updates, and queries.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors, and other stakeholders, as applicable.
• Follow up on pending claims and work towards timely resolution of outstanding cases.
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with clients and insurers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate claim records, trackers, and case updates.
• Escalate delayed, disputed, or complex claims to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with policy terms, insurer requirements, and applicable regulations.
