Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Culinary Arts Chef Instructor role based in Bengaluru. The instructor will plan and deliver practical and theoretical culinary classes, demonstrating core techniques, modern cooking methods, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, developing course materials, assessing student performance,



and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role involves supervising kitchen labs, ensuring equipment and ingredients are prepared, and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation. The instructor will also participate in curriculum review, support events and workshops, and collaborate with faculty to maintain industry-aligned training.
Qualifications
• Ability to design and implement effective learning experiences, including Curriculum Development and structured course planning.
• Strong Teaching and instructional skills, with a focus on practical, hands-on culinary training and student mentoring.
• Creativity and aesthetic sense supported by skills in Plating to enhance food presentation and culinary design.
• Professional qualification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field; formal chef training or certification is highly preferred.
