Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships across government and private sector accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, issues, and service requests. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating customer records in CRM systems,



tracking interactions, and preparing reports on customer engagement and satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with sales and project teams to support proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and assist in managing order and service lifecycles. The role also involves analyzing customer data to identify trends, recommending improvements to customer service processes, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
