About the Job
At ILIOS Power, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the HR and administrative functions at our Hyderabad Head Office and support operations across multiple solar project sites.

The role will oversee the employee lifecycle, recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction, infrastructure, EPC, or renewable energy sector, with the ability to manage corporate HR functions and site-level workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning across the Head Office and project sites.
• Coordinate manpower mobilisation for recent projects and ensure timely fulfilment of site staffing requirements.




• Establish and streamline HR policies, procedures, and processes to support business growth.
• Oversee employee records, documentation, HR systems, and personnel administration.

Site HR & Employee Relations
• Oversee HR operations across project sites, ensuring effective workforce management and coordination with site teams.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, employee relations, and workplace issues.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and HR practices across the organisation.
• Support site managers in managing workforce issues and maintaining employee discipline.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary administration, and coordination with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, professional tax, and other relevant obligations.
