Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of Active LED Display Solutions across [region/territory]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales of digital display technologies, with experience in sectors such as government, education, retail, DOOH, or corporates. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Active LED display solutions across key verticals.




· Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
· Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
· Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
· Maintain solid relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end customers.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor activity reports.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing post-sales service coordination in collaboration with the technical team.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in LED Display, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, or Display Technology.
