What You’ll Do
• Build organic social media growth strategies across platforms.
• Write engaging, high-quality scripts and develop content briefs for numerous UGC creators presenting content for MySivi daily.
• Identify winning content formats, hooks, trends, and narratives that can be replicated across multiple creators and accounts.
• Understand what makes audiences engage with content, trust a brand, and make buying decisions.
• Leverage AI tools for content research, ideation, scripting, localisation, and production at scale.
• Research competitors, emerging trends, and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.




• Analyse content performance and use metrics to improve content strategy and overall program performance.
• Build productive workflows with AI Engineers for creator management, content production, publishing, and performance tracking.

Mandatory Requirements
• Have demonstrable experience growing at least one social media page 100% organically to a minimum of 10,000 followers.
• Have a strong practical understanding of organic social media growth, short-form video content, and creator-led marketing.
• Understand which content formats work, why they work, and how to replicate their success.
• Be comfortable managing creators, developing scripts, and coordinating content production.
• Be proficient in research, content analytics, and making data-driven decisions.
