We are building a strong distribution network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), sub-brokers, and investors to expand access to fixed-income opportunities across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with investors, IFAs, and distribution partners. You will play an important role in expanding our partner network, supporting investors throughout their journey, and driving business growth.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career in financial services who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and learning about bonds and fixed-income products.





Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, IFAs, sub-brokers, and other distribution partners.
• Partner Onboarding: Reach out to prospective partners, explain FixedFlow’s platform and offerings, and support their onboarding.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand the investor and distribution network through calls, emails, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Investor Engagement: Understand investor requirements and help them explore relevant fixed-income investment opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a robust understanding of bonds, fixed deposits, credit ratings, coupon rates, yields, and other fixed-income concepts.
• Partner Support: Respond to partner queries, coordinate internally to resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
