Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Physiotherapist
to join our clinical team. The role involves assessing patients,
developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based
physiotherapy interventions, monitoring progress, and educating patients
and caregivers about rehabilitation and preventive care.
The
physiotherapist is expected to maintain high clinical standards while
ensuring a positive and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Assessment
• Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments based on the patient's condition and medical history.
• Identify functional limitations, pain, movement restrictions, muscle weakness, and other physical impairments.
• Establish appropriate short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Perform reassessments to track patient progress.

2. Treatment & Rehabilitation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.




• Provide physiotherapy interventions for orthopaedic, neurological, sports, geriatric, and post-operative conditions.
• Deliver treatments such as:
• Therapeutic exercises
• Manual therapy
• Strength and conditioning
• Mobility and flexibility training
• Myofascial release
• Dry needling, where appropriately trained
• Electrotherapy and ultrasound
• Taping techniques
• Functional rehabilitation
• Balance and gait training
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and clinical progress.

3. Patient Education
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding their condition and rehabilitation process.
• Provide appropriate home exercise programs.
• Explain preventive measures, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.
• Encourage patient adherence and active participation in rehabilitation.

4. Documentation & Clinical Records
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
