Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The role involves maintaining employee records,



supporting onboarding processes, and helping organize training and engagement initiatives. The intern will help prepare HR documentation, support HR policy implementation, and assist in handling basic employee queries under guidance. This is an internship role, and the position is on-site at Trioangle Technologies’ office in Madurai, providing hands-on exposure to HR practices in a growing technology company.
