Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to promote AR GLOBAL HUB’s services and engage prospective students. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data.



The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with counseling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, respond to audience inquiries and comments, and support digital campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness.
Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, including basic understanding of paid ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and spoken English for engaging posts and audience interaction.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
