As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Tour Co-ordinator to help us ensure a world-class experience for our customers.
As part of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing the post-booking workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for both our guests and suppliers. You will handle communication, manage bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that every element of the itinerary is organised and communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking payments and preparing necessary documents for both clients and suppliers, all while maintaining an excellent standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
• Booking Coordination:
Manage and coordinate with suppliers to book agreed itineraries accurately and ensure all details are relayed effectively.
• Client Communication: Handle all guest inquiries after booking confirmation and update clients on any changes or requests throughout their travel journey.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain explicit communication with suppliers, ensuring they are informed of changes, requests, and confirmations from clients.
• Payment Management: Track payments, send payment links to clients, and prepare financial documents to process payments to suppliers.
• Travel Documentation: Prepare and distribute travel planners, itineraries, and other relevant documents to guests and suppliers.
• System Management: Capture and manage bookings using internal booking software, generate reports, and conduct basic data analysis as needed.
