Risk-Based Internal Audits
• Execute operational, financial, compliance, and process review across manufacturing plants, corporate offices, regional offices, warehouses, and other functions.
• Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessment and support the preparation or review of the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessment Matrices (RAMs) to identify key business risks and ensure adequate coverage of identified risks during audit engagements.
• Plan and execute audit assignments in accordance with the approved Internal Audit methodology.
• Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessments, control testing, data analytics, and detailed audit procedures.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management practices.
• Evaluate process efficiency, compliance with SOPs, delegation of authority, statutory requirements, and identify opportunities for operational excellence.

Risk Management & Internal Controls
• Identify process gaps, control deficiencies, operational inefficiencies, fraud risks,



and compliance issues through risk-based audit reviews.
• Recommend practical, sustainable, and value-added solutions to strengthen governance, internal controls, and business processes.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), global standards, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives by identifying, assessing, and monitoring key business risks.
• Apply risk-based internal auditing methodologies to plan, execute, and report audit engagements.
• Promote the adoption of best practices and continuous process improvements across manufacturing locations and corporate functions.

Audit Reporting & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare concise, high-quality audit reports with explicit risk articulation, root cause analysis, and practical recommendations.
