We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Executives and help customers understand the value of switching to solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through customer outreach, referrals, networking, and other relevant channels.
- Connect with residential and commercial customers to understand their electricity consumption and solar energy requirements.
- Explain solar products, system capacities, installation processes, and potential electricity bill savings accurately.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to support customers throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and communicate quotations and proposals in coordination with the relevant team.
- Maintain customer records, sales activities, and lead follow-ups.
- Build and maintain qualified customer relationships.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any discipline may apply; candidates with relevant technical or sales education are also welcome.
- Freshers with an interest in sales and renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates with backgrounds in sales, business development, electrical products, or solar energy are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
