Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil with strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in executing high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate should have a sound understanding of civil engineering, project planning, site execution, quality control, and overall project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
• Monitor site progress, project timelines, quality standards, and construction budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery,



and resources for smooth project execution.
• Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and other civil activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and project updates for management.
• Identify execution challenges and implement effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in civil construction, site execution, and project management.
• Excellent understanding of structural drawings, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.
• Robust knowledge of planning, quality control, safety, and project coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple construction activities.
