Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to lead content strategy, storytelling, and creative execution for D2C brands. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, product marketing, and performance-driven content.

The candidate will lead the content team, develop compelling brand narratives, oversee content production, and collaborate with design, video production, and performance marketing teams to create content that builds brand awareness, strengthens customer engagement, and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop comprehensive content strategies for multiple D2C brands based on their business objectives, target audiences, and brand positioning.
• Create brand communication frameworks, content pillars, monthly content calendars, and campaign concepts.
• Understand product USPs,



customer pain points, purchase behaviour, and market trends to develop relevant content.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to differentiate brands through creative storytelling.

2. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage content strategists, copywriters, and content executives.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, motion artists, photographers, and production teams.
• Review and approve scripts, captions, creative briefs, campaign concepts, and final content deliverables.
• Establish content workflows, quality standards, and timelines to ensure productive execution across brands.

3. Creative Conceptualization & Content Production
• Develop innovative concepts for Instagram Reels, product videos, UGC-style content, influencer campaigns, brand films, and digital advertisements.
