About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head – Solar O&M; to lead operations and maintenance across a portfolio of 300+ MW of solar power projects, with additional projects in the pipeline.
Based at our Hyderabad headquarters, the role will have overall responsibility for plant performance, asset reliability, regional O&M; teams, contractors, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple locations in PAN India.



The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in utility-scale solar O&M;, robust leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of improving generation, plant availability, and operational performance while preparing the function to support future portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Operations & Performance
• Lead O&M; operations across the entire solar portfolio, ensuring optimal plant availability, generation, CUF, and equipment reliability.
• Review portfolio-wide performance reports, identify generation losses, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual performance commitments and operational targets.
• Establish performance benchmarks and monitoring systems across all operating plants.

2. O&M; Strategy & Asset Management
• Develop and implement portfolio-wide preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
