About UPDEEDUPDEED helps school students in the UAE and India build solid profiles for universities abroad. We run study-abroad profile-building cohorts, one-to-one counselling, and the UPDEED Fellowship.
In the Fellowship, students in Grades 8–11 spend 4–9 months building one real achievement with us: a research paper, an early-stage venture, a social-impact project, or a shipped engineering product. They work with a mentor bench of researchers, professors, IIT engineers and founders, on real problems from our partner organisations.
UPDEED was founded by alumni of IIT and Harvard, and our UAE company is registered in ADGM.

The roleYou will own student enrolment and school partnerships for UPDEED in the UAE. You'll turn leads into enrolled families and open doors at schools, building the sales engine with the founders as the company grows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has built education businesses in the UAE before. You know school counsellors and principals, can run a counselling session that converts, and can set up a sales and admissions process from scratch.




Key responsibilitiesRevenue and enrolment
• Design and run student recruitment and revenue strategies for UPDEED's cohorts, counselling and Fellowship programmes in the UAE.
• Own enrolment targets and the path from lead to enrolled student.
• Shape product positioning and pricing for the UAE market with the founders.

School and institutional partnerships
• Build partnerships with schools and institutional stakeholders across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Develop lasting relationships with school counsellors, principals and parent communities.
• Grow referral networks that bring in students consistently.

Lead conversion and counselling
• Work inbound leads from digital campaigns and convert them through calls and counselling sessions.
• Run career and study-abroad counselling sessions with students and parents, improving conversion over time.
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate so every lead'
