Role Description The Field Sales Specialist role at Justdial is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The specialist is responsible for identifying and approaching prospective business clients, explaining Justdial’s services and JD Omni solutions, and converting leads into long-term customers.



Day-to-day activities include meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and following up on inquiries to drive revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining robust customer relationships, resolving client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Field Sales Specialist is expected to meet assigned sales targets while representing Justdial professionally in the local market.
