Role Description The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office and housekeeping operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. This full-time, in office role is based at Playotel Hotels in Indore and includes managing reception activities, room allocation, and check-in/check-out processes. The role involves monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to service issues, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. The Rooms Division Manager will lead and train team members, optimize staffing schedules,
and implement service standards and procedures. The position also includes coordinating with other departments, managing operational reports, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals.
Qualifications
• Strong focus on Guest Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to maintain high service standards.
• Proficient in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations and guest communication.
• Experience in Training team members and developing service-oriented skills.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in hotel front office or rooms division is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a r
