Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurgaon.



The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with SMEs, retailers, transporters, and eCommerce clients, and promoting RoutXMitra’s logistics solutions across B2C and B2B segments. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company pricing and service offerings. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, monitoring client satisfaction, and gathering feedback to improve services. The Business Development Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
