We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Luxury Customer Acquisition Specialist to increase showroom footfall and generate recent customers for our pearl jewellery collections.
The candidate will be responsible for building business partnerships with hotels, corporate companies, travel agencies, wedding planners, and residential communities to promote Krishna Pearls and attract potential customers to our showrooms.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and a willingness to travel across different locations for field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hotel & Tourism Partnerships
• Build relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and tourist guides.
• Promote Krishna Pearls as a preferred destination for pearl jewellery shopping in Hyderabad.
• Arrange customer referrals and showroom visits through tourism and hospitality partners.
2. Corporate & Community Marketing
• Connect with corporate HR and Admin teams to explore promotional activities and corporate gifting opportunities.
• Conduct marketing activities and jewellery promotions at corporate offices, residential communities, and other suitable locations.
• Develop partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate showroom visits.
3. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Identify new opportunities to attract potential customers through field marketing and business partnerships.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event organisers, and lifestyle businesses.
• Generate quality leads and encourage prospective customers to visit the showroom.
• Coordinate with showroom sales teams to support lead follow-ups and customer conversions.
4. Relationship Management & Reporting
• Maintain regular contact with business partners and referral sources.
• Track daily field activities, leads generated, referrals, and showroom visits.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activitie
