We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Marketing Executive to manage the company’s comprehensive marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both offline and online marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand visibility, effective campaign execution, and alignment with business objectives. This position requires strong strategic planning, executional capability, and cross-functional coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

Offline & BTL Marketing (Primary 70%)
• Plan and execute BTL activities, on-ground activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage dealer branding, shop-board installations, in-store branding, and marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, product launches, and other branding activities.
• Handle vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, signage, hoardings, banners, standees, etc.
• Ensure timely execution of all offline branding activities across locations.
• Conduct market visits to check branding quality, material placement, and visibility.
• Manage budgets, negotiate rates, and track campaign performance.





Digital Marketing Support (Secondary – 30%)
• Assist in creating social media content and coordinating with the digital team.
• Basic Canva design work, creatives & post edits.
• Support online campaigns, paid ads, and reporting.
• Handle website updates / landing page coordination (if required).

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in same roles
• Strong understanding of integrated offline and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop/Corel) is an advantage.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools is preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
