Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with an interest in IT services and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Research potential clients and target markets.
• Contact prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain the company's IT and digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Update CRM and sales tracking records regularly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
