Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Product Specialist / Product Manager to serve as the subject matter expert across our current and upcoming product portfolio. In this strategic, cross-functional role, you will bridge technical product expertise with commercial success by guiding sales teams, educating medical professionals, shaping product strategy through market intelligence, and developing content for promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Mastery & Strategic Sales Guidance
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s existing product portfolio and future product pipeline.
- Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising and guiding the sales team on technical value propositions, product positioning and competitive differentiation.

2. Product Discovery & Market Intelligence
- Identify potential new products, product line extensions,



and emerging industry trends by attending major trade fairs, expos, and industry conferences across India and international markets.
- Evaluate market demand, the competitive landscape, and regulatory feasibility to recommend recent product additions to executive leadership.

3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Medical Engagement
- Conduct field visits to engage with medical doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
- Clearly communicate product USPs, clinical benefits, and technical nuances during high-level technical discussions.

4. Marketing Content & Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop accurate and persuasive technical content for promotional materials, detailers, brochures, digital campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is scientifically sound, compliant and effectively highlights key product USPs.
