About Digi Rathi
Digi Rathi is looking for a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue through new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
• Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Reach out to prospective clients and pitch Digi Rathi’s services effectively.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for client discussions and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing and other relevant services offered by the company.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process to convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.




• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover after conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
• A target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, and paid advertising is preferred.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in email communication, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
