Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales professional will engage with prospective home buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable residential and investment properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads,



conducting property presentations and site visits, coordinating with builders and internal teams, and supporting clients through documentation and the closing process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, pricing, and project developments, as well as following up consistently to build long-term client relationships. The position requires a consultative approach to sales, with a focus on transparent communication and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with practical knowledge of the Bengaluru market.
