Responsibilities
• Consult with customers to understand their destination preferences, travel dates, budget, occasion, travel style, visa requirements, and special needs.
• Design customized international itineraries covering flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, dining recommendations, and day-wise plans.
• Recommend destinations and experiences for honeymoons, anniversaries, family holidays, luxury escapes, adventure trips, cultural immersions, and wellness getaways.
• Prepare transparent proposals, quotations, and itinerary presentations that compare hotel categories, flight options, experiences, and package inclusions.
• Use CRM, itinerary-building, and booking platforms to manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups,

quotations, and bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transfer partners, and local activity providers to confirm availability, pricing, and service quality.
• Ensure itineraries follow quality standards, including well-rated stays, reliable transfers, realistic pacing, and authentic, high-value experiences.
• Guide customers on visas, travel insurance, weather, currency, local transport, attractions, and practical international-travel logistics.
• Own the customer journey from first enquiry to post-trip feedback, resolving issues proactively and maintaining a high standard of service.
