Eligibility
• Experienced: 1+ year of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC or financial services
Key Responsibilities
• Convert company-provided leads into business.
• Generate leads through referrals and networking.
• Sell Home Loans, LAP and other secured loan products.
• Coordinate customer documentation and loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil).
• Practical experience on Home loans, Loan against property, working capital loans.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel.
