Who We're Looking For.
We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in Mumbai. You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment, take initiative, and own your work from start to finish. This is a work-from-office role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities.
* Manage the day-to-day operational process of enrolling students for flight training.
* Handle all student paperwork and documentation, including admissions, medicals,
visa applications and licence conversions.
* Coordinate with partner flying schools and follow up with trainee pilots on their ongoing processes
* Maintain and regularly update the company database.
* Respond to and resolve queries from students, parents and partner schools.
Requirements.
* Graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience.
* Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
* Comfortable working on computers and standard office software.
* Quick learner who can pick up current processes easily.
* Takes ownership of assigned work and completes it on time and efficiently.
