Role Description:
As an HR Intern, you will support the company’s HR activities, including recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employee communication, onboarding, and HR documentation.
You will work closely with the HR and management teams to support smooth HR operations and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.

Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview processes and updates.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
Prepare and manage basic HR-related documents and reports.
Assist in employee engagement and team-building activities.
Support attendance and performance tracking when required.
