What you’ll be doing:
• Digital & Social Strategy: Lead monthly digital and social media strategies for brands, translating business objectives and client briefs into actionable, platform-first plans.
• Client Management: Be the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business priorities, manage expectations, and build solid, long-term partnerships.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Drive campaigns from brief to execution, working closely with creative, content, design, and other teams to deliver impactful work.
• Performance & Insights: Track campaign performance, analyse data, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve brand performance.
• Integrated Brand Management: Take ownership of integrated accounts,



ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints while keeping social media at the heart of the brand’s communication.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, oversee day-to-day deliverables, manage workflows, and ensure quality and timely execution.
• Team Development: Identify individual strengths, support team members’ growth, and build development and succession plans.
• Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, recommend relevant digital solutions, and stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platforms, and digital marketing practices.

What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, brand solutions, or client servicing, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, content strategy, and platform-specific trends.
• Excellent client servicing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
