About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who will be responsible for both leading the
sales team and personally driving sales.
This is a player-coach role — you will not only manage, coach, and monitor the team's
performance but will also work as an Individual Contributor (IC), actively generating leads,
making cold calls, conducting follow-ups, handling sales conversations, and closing deals
yourself.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end sales funnel and revenue, while simultaneously
ensuring the team achieves its targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to
conversion and closure.
● Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve their targets.
● Personally contribute to sales as an Individual Contributor (IC) by making cold
calls, following up with prospects, conducting sales conversations, negotiating, and
closing deals.
● Build, manage,



and continuously improve the team's sales pipeline.
● Set and drive individual and team sales targets, ensuring targets are consistently
met.
● Classify and prioritize leads based on their stage and intent — Cold, Warm, and Hot
— and ensure the team focuses on high-potential opportunities.
● Monitor key sales metrics including leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, pipeline
value, and revenue.
● Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion
and sales velocity.
● Identify and develop new lead-generation channels and opportunities for business
growth.
● Coach team members through regular reviews, call guidance, performance tracking,
and sales training.
● Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales conversions.
● Take ownership of the execution of sales and marketing events, including
planning, coordination, lead generation, and post-event conversion.
