Role & Responsibilities• Find relevant projects on Upwork and leads on LinkedIn.
• Write customized proposals and outreach messages to get client responses.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Track bids, responses, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Requirements• 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation,
or IT business development.
• Ability to generate client responses through effective proposals and outreach.
• Basic understanding of SEO, web development, digital marketing, or AI services.
• Good written communication, research, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets is preferred.
Important:
• Candidates with more than 3 years of experience should not apply.
• Local candidates preferred; others must be willing to relocate.
• This is strictly an in office position in Kharar.
• Candidates must have practical experience generating leads and responses through Upwork and LinkedIn.
