Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for verification, measurement, and certification of all vendor RA bills and final bills.
• Verify bills against approved BOQs, work orders, actual site measurements, and agreed commercial terms.
• Identify quantity variations, extra items, and billing discrepancies before certification.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of project-wise commercial certifications in the P&L.;
• Track project costs, vendor liabilities, certified amounts, and budget variations.
• Act as the single point of contact for all vendor billing and payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely vendor payments as per the agreed payment cycle.
• Handle vendor follow-ups firmly and resolve billing disputes to achieve timely closures.
• Coordinate client-side RA billing, milestone invoicing, and final invoice submissions.
• Proactively follow up with clients for bill certification and release of outstanding payments.
• Maintain client-wise receivables and vendor payment trackers with clear timelines and commitments.




• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Accounts, vendors, and clients for commercial matters.
• Ensure proper documentation of measurements, approvals, variations, and commercial commitments.
• Escalate delayed payments, billing disputes, and commercial risks to management with clear action plans.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Be assertive, commercially sharp, and confident in handling demanding vendors and clients.
• Demonstrate solid ownership, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to drive closures under pressure.
• Have good knowledge of BOQs, quantity measurement, RA billing, final account settlement, project costing, P&L;, and MS Excel.

Experience & Qualifications
• Preferably have 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or design-and-build projects.
